The accident occurred three days ago.\n\n<strong>Medical History:<\/strong> Mr. Ramirez has a medical history of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. He takes insulin, simvastatin, and lisinopril daily.\n\n<strong>Physical Examination:<\/strong> On physical examination, Mr. Ramirez was alert and oriented. The right arm was erythematous, warm to touch, and there was swelling at the site of the abrasion.
