Introduction

Welcome to Economics of Social Issues!

There are eighteen chapters in this book. Some of the chapters have one part, some have multiple parts that relate to each other. As this is a Pressbook comprised of different authors, you may notice a change in voice as you go through the chapters. You may also notice that there is an intentional redundancy to some of the chapters so that you can learn the concepts with various perspectives and tones. This is all part of the economic understanding of social issues.

We hope you enjoy this book!
