C.       Explain and make comparisons of economic well-being across countries and over time.
D.      Explore causes and effects of poverty and the requisites for growth in developed and developing countries.
F.       Explain an Issue (required for GT-SS1) Use information to describe a problem or issue and/or articulate a question related to the topic.
G.      Utilize Context (required for GT-SS1) Evaluate the relevance of context when presenting a position. Identify assumptions. Analyze one’s own and others’ assumptions.
H.      Understand Implications and Make Conclusions (required for GT-SS1) Establish a conclusion that is tied to the range of information presented. Reflect on implications and consequences of stated conclusion.
I.        Civic Knowledge (required for GT-SS1) Connect disciplinary knowledge to civic engagement through one’s own participation in civic life, politics, and/or government.
